Sarina started working in the music industry during their studies as a process designer at the HyperWerk lab in the institute of experimental design and media cultures in 2024. As Sarina began their journey by accompanying their friend and later first artist Alexia Thomas (also aka. Dudette) to Concerts and Music Events, they quickly saw the organizational complexity and designable processes within. Through their awareness of positionalities and justices Sarina started analyzing the industry and begann gathering knowledges that can support starting musicians build a sustainable career in the Swiss music industry. With the goal in mind: to be a helping hand to artists in their thought processes, organizational and administrative work, to create more space for their artistic practice and wellbeing within the music industry.

Lou — active in Bern's cultural and music scene for over 10 years, including at Dachstock, Grosse Halle, No Borders No Nations, and other festivals and venues. In addition to various project management roles, she works as a manager, tour manager, and booker for various established Swiss music acts. She is also a co-founder and active member of the up-and-coming queer-feminist music label Forcefield Records.
Lou now lives in Zurich, where she works at two renowned clubs/cultural venues, from where she continues and expands her work in the club and cultural scene.
Having previously been on stage as a rapper herself, she now works behind the scenes and supports her artists with great passion.

Grown up next to Bad Bonn (FR), June entered the concert and festival scene through the Kilbi. Since then, June has worked passionately at numerous music events in German- and French-speaking Switzerland - at the bar, in documentation, event takedown, poster and merch design. Helvetiarockt workshops have encouraged June to perform on stage - for DJ sets as part of wildreis, sound performances, or as DJ for rapper Yasou. In 2023, wildreis started their own party formats at the ISC Club Bern. Today, June is responsible for the party booking at the International Student’s Club.
Since June moved to Geneva to study fine arts, June has spent fife years building up a broad network in French-speaking Switzerland and linking it with German-speaking Switzerland to break down language barriers and bring communities together.

Booking, Project- and Productionmanagement
Culturally socialized at the youth- and cultural center Gaskessel Bern, Timo grew into a full-time cultural worker through various event collectives. He currently works both at Exil Zurich and Dachstock Bern, where he books the hottest acts and hosts exceptional concerts and parties. With Nextup Management, his DIY agency, he books and manages DJs and artists both nationally and internationally and has become an integral part of the techno scene.
As an organizational talent, Timo has already helped numerous music videos, livestreams and much more to come to fruition. To name just one coup: The rap collective “Zonedout776” played a unique concert together with the Bern Youth Symphony Orchestra. Thanks to his many cultural experiences, Timo has a very broad and strong network.
