Sweet Choice Agency is a booking and management agency from Bern, which was founded in late summer 2024. With bundled resources and skills, we make it our goal to make professionalism and people-centered work our top priority at the same time.

With a passion for music and a strong network, we cultivate a relieving and supportive relationship with each other, but also with our artists; we stand by their side where needed.

We believe in the future of the music industry that is independent, bold and balanced - our experiences drive us to challenge and reshape conventional norms in a sustainable way.

As of 2025 we are working together with Büro PFERD. Founded in Frauenfeld, the PFERD makes cultural productions possible and supports the artists of Sweet Choice with project-based funding, communication and project management.

June Schadenone/juneProject- & Productionmanagement, Social Media, Tourmanagement
Grown up next to Bad Bonn (FR), June entered the concert and festival scene through the Kilbi. Since then, June has worked passionately at numerous music events in German- and French-speaking Switzerland - at the bar, in documentation, event takedown, poster and merch design. Helvetiarockt workshops have encouraged June to perform on stage - for DJ sets as part of wildreis, sound performances, or as DJ for rapper Yasou. In 2023, wildreis started their own party formats at the ISC Club Bern. Since then, June has been managing self-organized and collective events in Fribourg, Geneva and Berlin.

While studying art in Geneva, June has spent four years building up a broad network in French-speaking Switzerland and linking it with German-speaking Switzerland to break down language barriers and bring communities together.

CODE OF CONDUCT    CODE OF CONDUCT    CODE OF CONDUCT    CODE OF CONDUCT    CODE OF CONDUCT    CODE OF CONDUCT    CODE OF CONDUCT    CODE OF CONDUCT
What We Stand ForSweet Choice Agency supports its artists wherever possible. We want to grow organically with our artists and consolidate their place in the music industry. With this Code of Conduct, we make it clear that all our (future) artists and other potential partners have read through our points and agree with them.AwarenessSweet Choice Agency does not allow space for any form of discrimination and does not support artists who live and reproduce violent and patriarchal values in their art - as well as in private - and we do not tolerate sexism, racism, ableism and queerphobia in any way. We demand a certain degree of reflection from all our partners involved and that they are aware of their roles and associated privileges in our society. We are always ready to discuss any ambiguities.Solidarity / Stop the GenocideSweet Choice, as an agency, clearly positions itself against apartheid and genocide - and for solidarity with all oppressed peoples. #FreePalestine #FreeSudan #FreeCongo #HandsOffLebanon #HandsOffSyria #HandsOffYemen #HandsOffIran #HandsOffUkraine. We recognize that silence means complicity - and that Switzerland is anything but neutral. We want to encourage our artists to share these values and show solidarity through cultural engagement - with people who are currently denied basic human rights.
Trust and CommunicationIt is important to us that there is mutual trust and open communication. In concrete terms, this means that everything concerning the joint business is discussed together at eye level and deadlines are met - after all, we are all happy with the best possible end product. It is also important to us that confidential information is treated as such and that no data is passed on to external parties without the consensus of all those involved. We maintain an active and open feedback culture and are open to criticism both internally and from artists and partners. We learn not only from successes, but also from mistakes.Fair Working Conditions / ContradictionIn order to live up to our claim of providing high-quality service, people have to be healthy. This includes free time and pay in an industry that still has no official minimum wage or trade union. Agencies / musicians at this level like us do a lot of work for free and we are aware that this is a contradiction to our claim to our values towards wage labor. We therefore also demand that artists and other partners value our commitment and resources. We strive for a music industry that is only professional when work is remunerated.
